1st Night of the Honeymoon

Well, it's the first night of our honeymoon, which was supposed to bring us to beautiful Las Vegas at 11 pm Vegas time. Instead, I'm writing this at the Marriot Detroit in our complimentary hotel room because our flight to Vegas was cancelled :( Something was wrong with the electrical system and, after we all boarded, they made us get off and book different flights. Thank God for my quick thinking: instead of standing in line for 2 hours to get a flight out at 1pm tomorrow, I called the airline right away and got a flight for tomorrow at 8:25 am. We did have to stand in line to get a hotel voucher, but that's no big deal. So, our Vegas leg of the trip will just have to begin tomorrow :)
